Commissions
We pay a 10% commission on all room charges AND in-house charges for packages, show and attraction tickets, marina and boat rentals for guest stays booked through recognized travel agents. (No pre-deduct commissions.)
Reservation Services
Reservations for shows and attractions included with packages must be made by the resort's in-house guest services staff. Reservations for shows and attractions not included with packages may be made by the resort staff or by the travel agent directly with the shows and attractions. We pay commissions on all in-house charges for shows and attractions booked by the resort staff for package and non-package reservations for guest stays booked through recognized travel agents.
Housekeeping Services
Bed linens, bath towels, bath and hand soap, toilet tissue, trash can liners, kitchen cookware, dishes and utensils, kitchen towels and dish soap are provided. Towels are exchanged at guest units each day. Daily maid service is not provided for stays of 7 days or less. A mid-stay cleaning is provided for stays over 7 days. Bed linens are exchanged upon request. Maid service is available upon request for an additional charge.
